Safe Haven Kid’s League of Cal City was just an idea before Divinity Virtual Assistance got involved. A colleague referred me to DVA. We had an initial consultation, explaining the mission, vision, and core values of what would soon become my nonprofit corporation. DVA set up the nonprofit corporation and registered it with the State of California, created bylaws, a meeting minutes template, a mock business plan, provided all the content and images for our website, wrote the nonprofit’s narrative, completed and submitted the IRS request for tax-exempt status application, registered my nonprofit corporation with the CA Charitable Trust Registry, submitted the CA SOS SOI, and is maintaining a progress report schedule for upcoming milestones to be achieved, such as CA State Tax-Exempt Status application submission and more. Divinity Virtual Assistance is a stellar service that I would recommend to all startup nonprofits. Their dedication, organization, and professionalism are unmatched. Although we still have a significant amount of work to do to accomplish our goals, without the business support services of DVA, my idea would not have been made real.
